Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under the customer’s order.
  • Sheya is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.

Domestic Orders/Shipping

  • Pre-order items are scheduled to begin shipping between May and June 2026. Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery typically takes 15–20 business days.
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during the holiday season, depending on the volume of mail experienced through postal service.

International Orders/Shipping & Customs Fees

  • We are planning to offer worldwide shipping and aim to use local overseas warehouses to keep shipping costs low where possible.
    However, if this isn’t available in your region due to a small number of orders, international air shipping may be used instead.
    If any extra shipping fee is required, we will contact you in advance (March–April) and you can choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
  • If your country is not available for selection at checkout, shipping to that location is currently not supported.
  • Customs duties and import taxes vary from country to country, and kick in at different values for different types of products.
  • If the package contains products that qualify for that country's import taxes, customers will be responsible for paying these to their country's customs or tax department to receive the package.
  • Customers are responsible for any VAT or import taxes their country charges.
